Dear Parents,

We’ve now been organising language courses for teenagers on the Mediterranean island of Malta for 18 years. During this time we have always insisted on top-notch quality, perfect organisation and providing guidance and support for our young learners, while making sure they have a great time and learn as much as possible. We supervise our underage students and teach them to speak fluent English within weeks, regardless of their previous knowledge of the language. At the end of a LISA! Language Course, our students have the confidence to express themselves fluently in English, read and write complex texts and handle complex structures and specific vocabulary. We prepare our learners for their next school exams and help them to achieve their full potential. We also recognise the importance of a balance between learning and leisure, which is why we organise the brilliant LISA! Activity Programme for everyone, led by our group leaders in the afternoons and weekends. These activities and parties are just as important in the learning process.

Our language school in Malta lies just a short walk from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Our modern course structure follows the EU-recommended Direct Method, according to which pupils are taught exclusively in the target language by a native speaker of English. Even students with little or no prior knowledge of English begin to understand right from the start what their teacher is saying, and in just a few weeks they’ll be chatting away in English themselves and able to use and understand the language in everyday situations.

We provide only the highest quality services, and part of this includes making sure that our language schools welcome students from all over the world. This means our English classes contain a good mix of different nationalities and are ideal for students from any academic background. We offer courses for students aged between 13 and 19. With us, your son or daughter will meet other young people of a similar age from all over the world, broadening their horizons and improving their general knowledge, cultural awareness and social skills as well as their language ability.

How much does an English course with accommodation in a host family with full board (FB) cost?

1 week:  £ 542
2 weeks: £ 818
3 weeks: £ 1103
4 weeks:  £ 1379

These prices are for a Standard Course (20 group lessons per week) in summer. We offer reductions during the off-peak season – the perfect opportunity to make the most of the Easter holidays or even October half-term! For more detailed prices please see our website.

Teenage language courses in Malta begin on the following dates in 2012:

Easter: 02.04.; 09.04.; 16.04. End of course: 20.04.;
Summer: 25.06.; 02.07.; 09.07.; 16.07.; 23.07.; 30.07.; 06.08.; 13.08.; 20.08.; 27.08. End of course: 31.08.
Autumn: 08.10.; 15.10.; 22.10.; 29.10. End of course: 02.11.

Arrival and departure take place on Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.
The price does not include flights, but many UK airports fly direct to Malta; Easyjet and Ryanair offer low-cost routes from London to Malta while Air Malta also provides flights from other UK airports. We would be happy to advise you on flights and airlines.
