Italian language courses in Tuscany for 14 – 17 year olds

We’ve been organising language courses for teenagers in the beautiful Tuscan city of Florence for 18 years now. During this time we have always insisted on top-notch quality, perfect organisation and providing guidance and support for our young learners, while making sure they have a great time and learn as much as possible. On a LISA! language course, your child will perfect their Italian skills whilst spending the summer with other young people from all over Europe. This international exchange will really broaden their horizons and create friendships for life. Many of our young students come back to us year after year to get to know Italy and the Italian language.

Our language school is located right in the centre of Florence, not too far from the towering Santa Maria cathedral. Our modern course structure follows the EU-recommended Direct Method, according to which pupils are taught exclusively in the target language by a native speaker of Italian. Even students with little or no prior knowledge of Italian begin to understand right from the start what their teacher is saying, and in just a few weeks they’ll be chatting away in Italian themselves and able to use and understand the language in everyday situations.

In the afternoons and evenings, our group leaders organise the fantastic LISA! Activity Programme for all participants. We teach students with a wide range of abilities; students already receiving good marks at school will be further challenged and encouraged to really excel, while students having difficulties will be encouraged into reaching their full potential. By coming to Italy to learn Italian, your child will get a real feel for the language and culture. Without even noticing it, their Italian will improve dramatically during their time here, thanks to both classes and the range of incredible activities and outings we organise.

Teenagers learning German with us are well supervised and professionally taught to perfect their German skills – after just a few weeks here, they’ll be able to chat away in German, read and understand texts in German and master the written language. We will help your child prepare for their exams in German or for their future career. In the afternoons and evenings, our group leaders organise the fantastic LISA! Activity Programme, including parties, sports and cultural activities, which is in itself a very important part of the learning process.

Berlin is one of the world’s coolest capitals. Located between the Havel and Spree rivers, Berlin is the city where international fashion and music trends are set. With its trendy clubs and top fashion shops, this multi-faceted city has to be seen to be believed! Walk along the river or through one of Berlin’s many parks and take in the beautiful architecture of the buildings you pass by. Berlin is particularly stunning in the summertime.

We use the EU-recommended Direct Method for our lessons, in which students are taught solely in German by a native speaker. This method has our young participants speaking fluently in just a few weeks, and understanding the teacher right from the start. Classes are available for all levels of ability, and from the age of 14 up to 17 (we also offer language courses for adults here in Berlin, which are taught separately). Thanks to our international client base, teenagers from all over the world get together every summer to learn German, get to know one anothers’ cultures and spend a few incredible weeks in the exciting city of Berlin.

We have been organising English language courses on the Mediterranean island of Malta for 18 years now, and are proud to have an extremely international client base. As well as learning to speak fluent English here, your child will make friends for life in his or her age range from all over the world, and learn so much more about the world around them! Many of our students come back year after year as we guide them through their secondary school education right up to A-Levels. Teenagers learning English with us are well supervised and professionally taught to perfect their English skills – after just a few weeks here, they’ll be able to chat away in English, read and understand texts in English and master the written language. We will help your child prepare for their exams in English or for their future career. In the afternoons and evenings, our group leaders organise the fantastic LISA! Activity Programme, including parties, sports and cultural activities, which is in itself a very important part of the learning process.

Our language school in Malta is just a few steps from the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. We use the EU-recommended Direct Method for our lessons, in which students are taught solely in English by a native speaker. This method has our young participants speaking fluently in just a few weeks, and understanding the teacher right from the start. Classes are available for all levels of ability, and from the age of 13 up to 19 (we also offer language courses for adults here in Malta, which are taught separately). Thanks to our international client base, teenagers from all over the world get together every summer, autumn and Easter to learn English, get to know one anothers’ cultures and spend a few incredible weeks in the fun-filled seaside resort of Sliema in Malta.
